Audi Coupe S2, B3 Platform – 1994 Model Year with ABY Engine

Tips & General Notes

Use the ‘Find’ function (CTRL+F) to search for electrical components on this page.

Left-Click to open schematics in this window, then navigate back to this menu for a subsequent selection.

SHIFT-Left-Click to open schematics in a new window.

Right-Click and select ‘Save As’ to download schematic diagrams.

Also - Be advised that, despite these schematics being in English, the sense of ‘driver side’ and ‘passenger side’ is often (though not always) intended for LHD vehicles. Some diagrams use left and right convention instead.

All original schematics have been captured as black/white images at 400dpi for a good compromise between compact file size and suitably high quality when reproduced on paper.

Please contact s2central@mac.com if you discover or suspect any mistakes.

Basic Equipment

Special Note for this model and year – The basic equipment overlaps with the Audi Coupe fitted with 5-cylinder engine, coded NG. The basic equipment schematics for this, and ABY-engined vehicles, make reference to the Mini-Check module within the instrument cluster. This is slightly confusing as the S2 was fitted with Autocheck as standard equipment. See further notes embedded in the tables below.

This link retrieves the complete basic equipment schematic for the NG equipped Audi Coupe as a multi-page file.

This link retrieves the entire ABY Motronic schematic, for this model year, as one multi-page file.

The table below is organized into single sheets for easier access to basic equipment.
